Roastery Coast offers a wide variety of tree nuts and dried fruits snacks. We are dedicated to putting together a real, down-to-earth, wholesome snack - one that you can confidently share with your family and friends. Our focus is on the quality, natural flavor, and nutrients derived from our carefully selected premium ingredients. Premium Tree Nuts
We source our tree nuts from select growers and processing partners from all over the world.
- California: almonds, walnuts, raisins, pistachios
- Oregon, Massachusetts and Wisconsin: cranberries, blueberries
- Texas: pecans
- Turkey: hazelnuts
- Bolivia: brazil nuts
- Kenya, Australia, and South Africa: macadamia nuts
- Vietnam: cashews
- South America: barukas (baru nuts)
We offer single ingredient and popular mixed nuts and nuts & fruits mix (aka, "Trail Mix") options. Choose from raw, dry roasted (using our proprietary slow dry roasting technique), sea salted or unsalted.
High Quality Ingredients
We get the fresh, raw ingredients and we go to work! Inspecting, sorting and separating. Once the raw ingredients are parsed, depending on the nut, they'll either go to our slow dry-roasting department or straight to packaging.
Slow Dry Roasting
When it comes to roasting nuts, a mastery of the process is important. Just like coffee beans, tree nuts require specific roasting times and temperatures. Careful consideration must also be given to various factors such as moisture levels. This is why we don't rely on external resources to roast our premium ingredients. Instead, we perform all of our roasting in-house in our own roasteries.
Slow dry-roasting ensures that our customers get the healthiest and best tasting nuts possible. We have spent years perfecting the process and our slow dry-roasting technique surpasses the normal oil-roasted process by bringing out more of the nut's crunchy nutty taste in a much healthier way without the use of oils.
We offer the following dry-roasted nuts & seeds: Almonds, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Macadamia Nuts, and Pecans.
Packaging
We package our products in mixed and single ingredient assortments, in every size possible: grab & go pocket packs, pouches and pantry bags, and bulk wholesale. From lunch pails and hiking adventures, to baking and food manufacturing - we've got you covered.

Located in Palmdale, California, our facility is SQF certified, gluten free certified, and non-GMO project verified. We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard and work hard to deliver the highest quality products. Each certification guarantees a quality assurance process for our products.
