Roasting is an important part of preparing nuts, and our special slow dry-roasting technique surpasses the normal oil-roasted process by bringing out more of the nut's crunchy nutty taste in a healthier way. Not fried. No oil added.

We dry-roast our products in small batches at a slow rate. This is what gives our nuts that special slow roasted crunchy nutty taste.

What is steam pasteurization?
It is a flash heating process that uses steam to pasteurize the nut. No propylene oxide (PPO) or any other pasteurization method is used.
