Our Dry-Roasting Technique
- Slow dry roasting: We roast our almonds at a lower heat for 30% longer. This maximizes the nuts crunch and flavor.
- We do NOT use oil: Dry-roasting is a technique that applies heat to nuts without the use of oil or water as a carrier. Years of refinement have allowed us to surpass traditional oil-roasting, enhancing the natural nutty taste without added oils. This meticulous slow dry-roasting method ensures that you enjoy the healthiest and most flavorful nuts possible.
- Experience: When it comes to roasting almonds, a mastery of the process is important. Just like coffee beans, tree nuts require specific roasting times and temperatures. Careful consideration must also be given to various factors such as moisture levels. This is why we don't rely on external resources to roast our premium ingredients. Instead, we perform all of our almond roasting in-house in our own roastery.
